at the end of a good good day i still have dust i have crust on my feet. really good day mind you full of tender flashes and hard questions answered faulty bits unscrewed and thrown away. but the dust! itchy dirt from walka-walka-walking the earth. fellowship and honest day’s work and night bike ride and everything else is good but only as a pointer as preparation for The Real Thing.
that You would wash my feet!
to come before a throne and rest, to breathe quiet and easy. You are, You are, You are. steadfast and strong and faithful. whoooooooosh.
heart pangs and no words. i need. feed bleed want want want. sharp & dull, ache & good.
