This isn’t the best thing to be doing when IOP is tomorrow.
WHAT ARE YOU DOING? THIS CONSTITUTES 15% OF 14.285% OF 93.3% OF WHAT WILL MAKE OR BREAK YOU AND IT IS IN YOUR HANDS AND YOUR HANDS ARE NOW TYPING DOWN THE NONSENSE WHICH IS YOUR THOUGHT PROCESS.
But then again, I don’t really believe that.
By definition, most people (being the most that they are) are normal. If they aren’t normal they aren’t most people. But how do they do it? How? Sometimes I really can’t figure out whether it’s my fault or by my own doing or indulging that I am at a tangent to everything and everyone else. Maybe it is a matter of statistics… Central Limit Theorem and the distribution of the sample mean approximates to a normal curve it’s just a matter of which dart you are on the board. A fixed percentage of people will always feel perpetually out of place. A fixed percentage, not a fixed people – contexts shift and environments transform and sometimes you find yourself normal again, except when that occurs you do not think like this. Selective memory and warp! but then again by saying this I have just disproved (I’d say disproven because it sounds so much more like a proper past participle but apparently it isn’t a word?!) the point.
But the consolation, and I daresay beauty, in all this indulgent chaos (which makes people get unnecessarily worried and I’m really sorry) it is that you find you aren’t looking for more than this: to not be alone.
And by definition, that choice is always, always open.
